Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 400 ml Sauerkraut juice
  • 1 Lemon
  • 150 ml Carrot juice
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 150 ml Whey
  • 150 g mixed nuts

Directions

    For the jumper, cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice. Warm the orange juice and dissolve 2 tablespoons of honey in it. Add the sauerkraut juice and mix well. Put in a cool place

    For the refiller, halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Put it in a universal chopper with carrot and apple juice, yoghurt, whey, nuts and 3 tablespoons of honey or mix it finely with a blender
