Wash the pineapple and cut off 2 slices about 1 cm thick for the fruit skewers. Cut in half and remove the stalk. Peel the rest of the pineapple, cut it in half lengthwise and cut out the stalk.
Roughly dice the pineapple. Halve the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut 1 half into small slices and put aside for the fruit skewers. Remove the remaining half from the skin and dice roughly. Halve melon, remove seeds and cut out 2 slices.
Cut the slices into 8 pieces and set aside for the skewers. Remove remaining melon from the skin and dice roughly. Squeeze the limes. Puree pineapple, papaya, melon, lime juice and sea buckthorn juice in a mixer.
Dilute with some mineral water if necessary. Make 4 fruit skewers from the pineapple slices, papaya and melon pieces. Pour the Citrus-Dream into glasses. Fill up with one shot of mineral water each. Decorate with fruit skewers and balm.
