Pear-apricot drink with maple syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cl Maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 4 cl Pear juice
  • 4 cl Apricot juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp semi-dry champagne
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pear and balm leaves

Directions

    Put maple syrup and lemon, pear and apricot juice in a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a glass and fill up with well chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a pear skewer and lemon balm leaves.
