Mango shake with kefir

Ingredients

  • 150 g Mango pulp
  • 200 ml low-fat kefir
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Melt flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp orange sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime

Directions

    Cut the mango into small pieces. Finely puree with kefir, sugar, 3 tablespoons lime juice and melting flakes. Put 3 tablespoons lime juice on a plate. Spread the coloured sugar on another plate.

    Dip glass upside down first in juice then in sugar. Pour the drink into a glass. Serve with drinking straw and decorate with slices of lime.
