Strawberry and banana shake

Ingredients

  • 100 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 1 (115 g) small banana
  • 1 spearmint stem

Directions

    Put yoghurt, lemon juice and orange juice into a mixing cup. Wash the strawberries, put 1 aside for garnishing. Clean the remaining strawberries. Peel and chop the banana. Add the strawberries and banana to the yoghurt and puree with the chopping stick.

    Cut the strawberry in half. Pour the shake into a glass and decorate with strawberry and mint.
