Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces and sprinkle with some lemon juice. Puree the bananas, 8 tablespoons of cream, sugar and milk in a mixer. Beat the rest of the cream and vanilla sugar with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Pour banana milk into four glasses. Fill cream into a piping bag with star spout. Place a cream topping on the banana milk and garnish with brittle crumbles
