Moroccan pomegranate-strawberry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100 g Raisins
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 2 drops of orange blossom water
  • 800 g Strawberries
  • 3 Pomegranate
  • 4 TSP light flax seeds

Directions

    Simmer raisins, orange juice, honey, orange blossom water and 100 ml water in a small pot at low heat for about 10 minutes. Pour the mixture through a sieve, squeezing out a little. Pour back into the pot, reduce the brew to about 100 ml, remove from the heat and let it cool down

    Clean, wash and cut the strawberries into pieces. Cut pomegranates in half. Cut a thin slice from 1 half and put aside. Squeeze the whole pomegranate halves with a citrus squeezer. Blend pomegranate juice, strawberries and syrup in a blender. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Arrange smoothies in glasses, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and linseed
