  • 1 kg Blood oranges
  • 2 sour apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Glucose

Directions

    Cut the blood oranges in half and squeeze them on a lemon squeezer, the juice may contain a lot of pulp. Wash, dry and grate the apples very finely. Press the raw applesauce through a sieve or fine cloth and add the juice to the blood oranges.

    Mix everything and season with dextrose. Serve the juice immediately.
