  • 2 discs (à 35 g) Pineapple
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 10 g Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 (70 g ) Split Mini Pineapple with Green

Directions

    Drain the pineapple and chop coarsely. Peel and crush the ginger and put it into a mixing bowl with milk, honey and pineapple. Puree with a chopping stick. Season to taste with lemon juice. Pour the shake into a glass. Cut the pineapple slit diagonally from the edge and decorate the glass with it
