Raspberry Buttermilk Drink

Ingredients

  • 300 g Raspberries (alternatively frozen)
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 l Buttermilk
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 6 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 4 wooden skewers

    Sort the raspberries and put 12 beautiful berries aside. (Defrost frozen raspberries at least 3 hours before at room temperature). Wash the lime, rub dry, cut in half and cut off 4 thin slices.

    Squeeze the rest of the lime. Puree raspberries and pass through a sieve. Mix buttermilk, milk, lime juice and honey. Pour buttermilk into the glasses and spread the raspberry puree into the glasses.

    Stir gently with a spoon to form streaks. Put raspberries and lime slices on wooden skewers. Serve a fruit skewer with each glass.
