Select the raspberries, put 12 beautiful ones aside for decoration. Puree the rest with the chopping stick and pass through a sieve. Mix yoghurt, vanilla sugar, iced tea and raspberry puree with the chopping stick and chill.
Wash the lemon balm and dab dry. Put raspberries and lemon balm leaves alternately on the wooden skewers. Mix up the smoothie again. Put the ice cubes and smoothie into glasses and add the raspberry skewers.
