Fruit tea with cherry sorbet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 3 (à 3 g) Bag of fruit tea mixture
  • 2 TABLESPOONS white candy
  • 1 Lime
  • 4 Balls of sour cherry-
  • 7-10 Tbsp sorbet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Boil the cinnamon stick and the vanilla pod, cut lengthwise, in 3/4 litres of water. Hang the tea bags inside and let them steep for 5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick, vanilla pod and tea bags. Sweeten the tea with candy. Squeeze limes and add the juice to the tea.

    Cool the drink well. Spread the liquid over 4 glasses. Add one scoop of ice cream to each glass. Garnish with mint
