  • 30 g Linseed, finely ground
  • 200 ml Mineral water
  • 4 Dates
  • 1 TEASPOON Wheat germ oil
  • 200 ml Blueberry juice
  • 200 ml clear apple juice

Directions

    Mix flax seeds and mineral water, pour into a mixer. Stone, chop and add dates. Add oil and mix carefully. Mix with blueberry and apple juice, stir briefly and serve nice and cold.
