  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 2 Bananas (approx. 125 g each)
  • 500 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Drain the apricots in a sieve. Puree 6 tablespoons apricot juice and apricots. Peel the bananas and cut them a little bit smaller. Puree yoghurt, milk, sugar and bananas. Carefully fill into glasses in layers and decorate with lemon balm.
