Brew tea bags with 1 1/4 litre of boiling water and let it brew for 5 minutes. Then put the tea in a cool place. For the skewers, peel pineapple, banana and kiwi and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean the grapes and strawberries. Put fruit alternately on skewers.
Fill the fruit tea with currant juice. Serve with the skewers. Decorate with lemon balm if desired. Makes 12-16 glasses
