  • 4 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Apricot juice
  • 5 cl Tomato juice
  • 50-100 ml Apollinaris
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon

Directions

    Puree the apricot halves with the hand blender's hand blender, stir smooth with the juice and pour into a cocktail glass. Add tomato juice and fill up with Apollinaris lemon
