  • 1-2 Mint leaves
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 150 ml Whey
  • 300 ml Plum juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon stick and mint stalk

    Wash the mint leaves and chop finely. Mix yoghurt, whey, prune and lime juice with a whisk. Season with cinnamon and mint. Serve garnished with cinnamon stick and mint stalk
