  • 4 TABLESPOONS Forest Master Syrup (23:1)
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of bubbly
  • 4 Lime slices to decorate
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Mix the syrup, 4 tablespoons lime juice and 2 tablespoons sugar. Add champagne while stirring slowly. Put the remaining lime juice and sugar separately on two plates. Dip glass edges first in lemon juice, then in the sugar.

    Put ice and drink in the glasses. Decorate glass edges with lime slices.
