  • 1 piece(s) Ginger tuber (approx. 30 g)
  • 2 Oranges
  • 750 ml Passion fruit juice
  • 2 tea bag rooibos tea orange
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TSP Grenadine

Directions

    Peel the ginger. Wash the oranges, peel the peel into a spiral, squeeze the juice. Boil up orange and passion fruit juice. Let the orange spiral, ginger and tea bag steep for 7 minutes. Season to taste with sugar. Fill into teacups while still hot. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of grenadine into each cup and serve
