Ingredients

  • 1 Pot Mint
  • 1 Pot of lemon balm
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 TEASPOON Coriander seed
  • 1/4 l Alcohol (available in pharmacies)
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp brown canid
  • 7-10 Tbsp with mint leaves, star anise and brown candy

Directions

    Wash mint and lemon balm leaves and dab dry. Place the star anise, sliced vanilla pod and coriander seed in a container and fill up with alcohol, close well and leave to stand at room temperature for three to four days. Shake occasionally. Bring sugar and 1/4 litre of water to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add sugar syrup to the alcohol and seal well. After one week pour the liqueur through a filter bag. Pour into a clean bottle. Garnish with mint leaves, star anise and brown candy as a gift
