Mix oil and spice ingredients in a bowl. Whip coconut shell. Remove the coconut flesh from the shell and cut into fine strips with a peeler. Add coconut strips to the spice mixture, mix well and spread on a baking tray. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and wrap up tightly
