Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 100-125 g Dark chocolate coating
  • baking paper
  • 1 small freezer bag

Directions

  1. 1

Coarsely chop the dark chocolate coating and melt it on a hot water bath. Let the chocolate coating cool down. In the meantime paint a large heart (approx. 17 cm Ø) on baking paper. Warm up the couverture again and spread the heart thickly.

  2. 2

Leave to solidify in a cool place. Set the rest of the chocolate coating aside. To stick on, warm the couverture, put it in a freezer bag and cut off a small corner. Carefully turn the heart over and remove the baking paper.

  3. 3

Stick the chocolates with the chocolate coating on the heart and put them in a cool place for a short time. To give away as a present, place them on a cake topper or a pretty box. Store in a cool and dry place.
