Marzipan triangles

Ingredients

  • 1 portion of basic dough
  • 200 g dried pears
  • 7-10 Tbsp (available at health food store)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Amaretto liqueur
  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 200 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 1 TABLESPOON crushed pistachios

    Knead the dough and roll out to a thickness of approx. 3 mm on a floured work surface. Cut into 5 cm squares and cut them diagonally in half to form triangles. Finely chop the pears. Mix with amaretto and 1 egg white. Brush the triangles with pear mixture. Mix marzipan paste with the second egg white.

    Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a perforated spout and squirt onto the triangles in a snake shape. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Heat up the jam and spread it on the triangles. Sprinkle with pistachios. Results in approx. 25 pieces
