Dice the prunes. Cream eggs and sugar, add spices and honey. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the honey mixture. Fold in the prunes. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 40 minutes.
Leave to rest in the mould for 10 minutes, then remove from the mould and allow to cool on a cake rack. Cut white couverture into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. In the meantime, cut out a moon from the honey cake base.
Cut out stars from the remaining dough. Line a cake rack with aluminium foil. Put the moon and stars on top and cover with white chocolate coating. Halve the almonds and decorate the moon with them. Put in a cool place.
Dark couverture also crush and melt in a hot water bath. Allow to cool slightly and fill into a small freezer bag. Cut off a small corner and draw contours on the moon and the stars.
Allow to dry. Results in about 20 pieces.
