  • 30 g Pistachio kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 150 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Rum
  • 20 (approx. 80 g) Walnut halves
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp einige Pistazien

Directions

    Finely grind the pistachios. Sift icing sugar. Knead both with marzipan and rum. Form into balls and press in one half of each walnut. Chop the chocolate and melt in a hot water bath. Dip the pistachio balls half in each, decorate with halved pistachios and let dry on a cake rack
