Ingredients

  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 260 g crushed almonds
  • 2 coated Tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 50 g Apricot Jam
  • 40 g ground pistachios
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the hand mixer until very stiff. Fold in almonds and cinnamon. Sift the diabetic sweetness over the almonds and mix briefly. Then quickly knead with your hands until smooth. Cover the dough and chill for about 30 minutes

    Roll out the dough between foil to a thickness of approx. 1/2 cm. Cut out about 32 fir trees. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/ gas: level 1) for about 50 minutes. Let the biscuits cool down
