Ingredients

  • 125 g unsalted peanut kernels
  • 125 g Butter
  • 80 g white and brown sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 220 g Flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 150 Chocolate droplets
  • baking paper

Directions

    Coarsely chop the peanuts. Cream butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in.

    Add chocolate drops and peanuts. Using a tablespoon, place 11 piles of dough on each of 3 baking trays lined with baking paper, press flat so that cookies (each approx. 3 cm Ø) are formed. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the baking tray, place on a grid and allow to cool
