  • 175 g Flour
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g cold butter
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Knead flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter in pieces, egg and salt to a smooth shortcrust pastry. Wrap in cling film and chill for about 45 minutes
