Apricot and Onion Lard

Ingredients

  • 750 g Pork flare-ups
  • 250 g Goose fat
  • 250 g dried apricots
  • 4 red onions
  • 1 potty Marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apricots and marjoram

Directions

    Melt the flomen in a pot at low heat. Add goose fat and continue to drain at medium heat for 15 minutes. Wash the apricots, dab dry and cut into pieces. Peel and chop the onions.

    Wash the marjoram and pluck off the leaves. Add all ingredients to the lard and cook for 5 minutes. Fill the lard into bowls and let it get firm. Garnish with apricot stars and marjoram
