Chop the couverture and melt it over a warm water bath with coconut oil. Coarsely chop the coconut chips, roast them in a pan without fat, let them cool down. Cut papaya into small cubes, put 1 tablespoon aside for decoration. Mix chocolate coating with flakes, papaya and coconut chips. Place small heaps on baking paper with a teaspoon. Sprinkle with set aside papaya, let dry. Store in a cool place
