Mix the soft fat, sugar, eggs and flour with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Fold in pine nuts. Place approx. 55 piles on 3 baking trays lined with baking paper using a teaspoon. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes one after the other until golden brown. Immediately roll in vanilla sugar. Let cool on a cake rack
