Ingredients

  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 TSP ground aniseed
  • 75 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 heaped Tsp baking powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 25 shelled almonds
  • 25 shelled hazelnuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, aniseed and fat in flakes with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder. Alternately add the milk and stir in.

    Pour into a piping bag with a large perforated spout and spray about 50 walnut-sized dots onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover half with almonds and half with hazelnuts. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Serve dusted with icing sugar
