  • 5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 500 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 500 ml Skimmed milk
  • 4 Nasturtium flowers

Directions

    Wash the herbs and dab dry. Cut chives into fine rings, except for 12 stalks. Pluck leaves of parsley and basil. Puree yoghurt, milk, parsley and basil with a hand blender.

    Pour the drink into 4 glasses and garnish each with 3 chives and 1 nasturtium flower.
