  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 1 can(s) (580 ml) Pineapple pieces
  • 400 g Honeydew melon
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 250 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pineapple Green

Directions

    Dip glass edges first in lemon juice, then in grated coconut. Drain the pineapple. Peel melon, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Puree fruit, coconut milk and yoghurt in a blender. Deliciously foamed, serve decorated with pineapple green
