  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Mango
  • 4 TABLESPOONS fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and cocktail cherries

    Pour the mango and juice into a tall mixing bowl and puree finely with a blender. Mix lemon juice, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in pureed mangoes and fill into four glasses. Serve well chilled, decorated as desired with lemon balm and cocktail cherries
