  • 1 TEASPOON Coconut flake
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small banana
  • 150 ml Cocoa drink (0,3 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 leaf Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

    Put the egg whites on a plate. Moisten the rim of the glass and dip it in grated coconut. Peel the banana, cut off 3 slices and mash the rest. Mix chocolate milk, banana puree and cinnamon. Pour into the glass and sprinkle with the remaining grated coconut. Put banana slices and lemon balm on a skewer and place on the glass
