  • 125 g Mango pulp
  • 100 ml Pineapple juice
  • 100 ml Carrot juice
  • 20 g Honey
  • 1 TEASPOON Lime juice
  • 1 Mini carrot to decorate
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Cut the mango pulp into large pieces. Put pineapple juice, carrot juice, honey and lime juice into a mixing cup. Add the mango and puree with a chopping stick. Peel the mini carrot and cut in at the side.

    Pour drink with crushed ice into a glass. Put the carrot on the edge of the glass.
