Put 50 ml lime juice and the sugar in a deep plate. Carefully dip the upper rim of the glasses into the lime juice first, let it drip off a little, then dip it into the sugar. Leave to dry. Peel the kiwis. Cut 4 nice slices from one kiwi. Roughly dice the rest of the kiwis.
Pour into a tall mixing bowl, add the remaining lime juice and honey and puree finely. Fill up with mineral water. Add a slice of kiwi to each glass. Spread the kiwi-citrus drink on the glasses. Serve well chilled
