  • 100 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 150 ml Elderberry juice
  • 10 g Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Mix yoghurt and elderberry juice, season with honey. Put the shake with crushed ice in a pre-cooled glass and decorate with lemon balm
