  • 100 ml blackcurrant nectar
  • 100 ml Passion fruit nectar
  • 100 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 10 g Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Put the fruit nectar, yoghurt and honey into a high mixing bowl and foam up with the cutting stick at the highest level. Pour into a glass and decorate with mint
