Ingredients

  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 1/4 collar Parsley
  • 1/4 collar Dill
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Wash the cucumber thoroughly and grate coarsely. Wash parsley and dill and chop finely. Mix the grated cucumber, herbs and cooled buttermilk. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
