  • 1/2 Papaya (approx. 125 g)
  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 TEASPOON Sunflower seeds
  • 2 TEASPOONS Raspberry Syrup
  • 125 ml Cherry nectar

    Peel papaya, remove dark seeds. Cut the flesh into pieces. Add raspberries, sunflower seeds and raspberry syrup and puree. Fill up with cherry nectar
