Ingredients

  • 2 small mangos (approx. 250 g each)
  • 75 ml freshly-squeezed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange juice
  • 2 cl Lime juice
  • 3 Ice cube
  • 250 ml Tonic Water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime and mint.
  • 7-10 Tbsp browse

Directions

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and put it in a tall cup with some orange juice. Puree with a chopping stick. Pass the pulp through a sieve and put it into a cocktail shaker with the rest of the orange, lime juice and ice cubes and shake well. Strain the liquid into 2 glasses and top up with tonic water. Garnish glass edges with slices of lime and mint and serve the drinks well chilled
