Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and put it in a tall cup with some orange juice. Puree with a chopping stick. Pass the pulp through a sieve and put it into a cocktail shaker with the rest of the orange, lime juice and ice cubes and shake well. Strain the liquid into 2 glasses and top up with tonic water. Garnish glass edges with slices of lime and mint and serve the drinks well chilled
