  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 200 g low-fat kefir
  • 10 g Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 stalk of lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp Wood skewer

    Defrost the raspberries. Put 3 very nice berries aside, add the rest to the kefir. Add honey and puree everything. Season with lime juice and pour into a glass. Wash lemon balm, dab dry and pluck leaves from the stalk. Put alternately 1 raspberry and a lemon balm leaf on the skewer, decorate glass with it
