Banana Yoghurt Drink

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 1 small banana (approx. 160 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3 (à 100 g) Cup of drinking yoghurt "Actimel" (reduced fat and sugar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Peel and chop the banana. Put lemon juice and banana into a high mixing bowl and puree with a blender. Add yoghurt and puree again briefly. Pour the drink into 3 glasses and serve decorated with mint to taste.
