Clementine yoghurt with hazelnut flakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Clementines (approx. 40 g each)
  • 4 tablespoons (20 g each) Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Hazelnut flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Peel the clementines and remove the white skin. Divide them into segments and put them in a small bowl. Add yoghurt, season with sugar and lemon juice. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with hazelnut leaves and decorate with lemon balm.
