Pluck basil leaves, chop finely and mix with cream cheese. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on 2 slices of crispbread. Place a second slice of crispbread on each. Clean, wash and halve the strawberries.
Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Mix both with the rest of the cream cheese and place on the crispbread slices. Serve with salmon ham. Serve garnished with basil.
