Clean and shine the mushrooms. Pluck the turkey breast into pieces. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Cut the toasties in half horizontally, spread each with some tomato sauce and sprinkle with corn.
Spread mushrooms, turkey breast and paprika on top and sprinkle with cheese. Put the toasties on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 7-12 minutes until golden brown.
Let the toasties cool down briefly, garnish with basil. Add the rest of the tomato sauce as a dip.
