Ingredients

  • 1 Tomate (80 g)
  • 1 (50 g) Gherkin
  • 1 tsp (7 g) Capers
  • 1 jar(s) (115 g; weight reduction 81 g) Tuna filets "naturale" without oil
  • 10 g black olives without stone
  • 40 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs (6.5 g each) Crispbread Wheat
  • 1 Caper apples for garnishing

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomato and cut into small cubes. Finely dice the cucumber. Chop capers coarsely. Drain tuna and pluck into small pieces. Cut olives into fine rings. Mix all ingredients.

    Fold in yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the tuna salad on the crispy slices and garnish with a caper apple.
