Fruity soured milk with oat flakes

  • 1 TEASPOON crunchy oats
  • 10 g Cranberries
  • 50 g Soured milk
  • 150 g Pineapple
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Roast the oat flakes in a pan without fat. Roughly chop the cranberries. Mix the soured milk and cranberries. Peel pineapple and cut pulp into pieces. Stir the pineapple into the soured milk.

    Arrange in a glass, sprinkle with oat flakes and sprinkle with honey. Decorate with lemon balm. Eat immediately.
